CIRCUIT UPDATE
EXHIBITION EVENT: Unfortunately, the April 19th Exhibition day will be unable to occur. It is our intention to have an event of some type for the circuit once we have moved past the lock downs. Since dates are all still up in the air, the what, when, where and how will be decided once solid dates for the lifting of the stay at home orders are put in place.
2020 SPECIAL AWARDS: Under the circumstances, the board felt it best to not have Special awards for the 2020 season. As you have probably already seen, we still awarded the usual scholarships.
ANNUAL DIRECTORS MEETING: May 3rd was our planned date for this season's directors meeting. While this does fall outside of the current stay at home order, we feel it is best to postpone this meeting until solid dates are available. We are hoping for a Sunday in June. We aren't asking for proposals at this time but start planning for any proposals you have in mind for submission when the time comes. If a face to face meeting cannot occur, we are working on an online meeting as a back up plan. This would only be used in a worse case scenario.
2020 STATE CHAMPS SHIRTS: We are working closely with our vendors to make the already designed shirts for this year's State competition available. Look for additional information coming in the next week or so.
